....This is the room I pixeled for my new Sky High RPG character, Alexa Gregory. It's done up in her favorite colors (purple and pink). The reason it's dark outside the room is because nighttime was usually her time of day; due to her rare UV ray allergy known as xeroderma pigmentosum (XP, it's a real disease without a cure). However in rp, her dad created a serum that allows her to live her life during the daytime; which is how she can get to the super hero school and not have to worry about blistering.
EDIT--Now fixed up to look more realistic, brighter, and generally better.
Hey Ivy, this is nice. Good color scheme, and cute cat ^^. A few things, though: the thing in the corner (I'm not sure what it is) is off perspective if it is supposed to be circular; if it is supposed to be oval, ignore this crit. The bed posts don't create a rectangle. If you look at it, is appears the mattress is hanging off the right edge of the bed, but not the left. The eastern post should be moved down and to the right a few pixel. I'd like to see some shadows in your scenes, it'd create more depth in them. Also, think about experimenting with adding texturing to your objects instead of just flat colors.
Children of the moon ! id love to meet someone with xp .. i read a book called Night Vision by Lurlene McDaniel its a great book .. but very sad ;___; its about a girl with XP and a boy who had leukemia 5 years before

Yes indeed, it's only fictional that she has a serum so she can go out in daylight, though. I know real people with XP aren't that lucky yet...still, hope you liked this pixel, I plan to update it very soon.

We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
